Ms Scott left her home on Anderson Street to go to the shops on Saturday morning and has not been seen since.
Dimboola Acting Sergeant Peter Taylor said the search continued.
"Police are still looking for her,'' he said.
"We're hoping we find her healthy and well.''
Police previously reported Ms Scott had been driving her vehicle, a white 2007 Holden Commodore Sedan with registration ZUC 401.
She suffers from a number of medical conditions and police and her family are extremely concerned for her welfare.
She is described as being Caucasian, 156cm tall with a medium build and shoulder-length copper-coloured hair with blonde tips.
At the time she left home, Ms Scott was wearing grey pants and a white lacy singlet top.
She also regularly wears glasses with a thin, grey frame.
Ms Scott has been known to frequent the areas around Dimboola, Sorrento, Healesville and Harcourt.
Police urged residents of those areas to keep a look out for her.
Anyone who sees Jacqueline Scott is urged to contact Triple 0 immediately.
