The graduates performed four Fr!sk productions, which debuted at the Melbourne Fringe Festival, at Natimuk yesterday.
They also led a workshop and a question-and-answer session.
Horsham Rural City Council cultural administration officer Charee Bolwell said the VCA visitors would host another session for students today before throwing open the doors to the public tomorrow.
‘‘The shows have been hands-on and the kids are really enjoying the experience,’’ she said.
She said she hoped Wimmera residents would take advantage of the talented performances on offer.
Fr!sk project co-ordinator Mandi Burns said the VCA students were loving their time at Natimuk.
‘‘We’re really excited to be here. It’s a great place and everyone has been really friendly,’’ she said.
‘‘The school groups have been enthused and engaged and all the feedback we’ve had so far has been really positive.
‘‘Hopefully we’ll have a lot of people come along and join us tomorrow.’’
Mrs Bolwell said although the shows were free, they had limited capacity.
‘‘Inside Out is sold out, but there are still some tickets available for the other three shows: Contra, I Still Call Australia Homo and The Adventures of Ophelia Sol,’’ she said.
She said people could visit http://www.hrcc.vic.gov.au/ and click on the Fri!sk link for show information and times.
People can book online or pick up tickets tomorrow from the Fr!sk hub at the Soldiers Memorial Hall.
Shows are in the hall, the Goat Gallery and the NC2 space.
