The open men's, and under 16 and 17 girls teams will all compete at the event, which runs from December 7 to 12.
Former Horsham College student and senior head coach Timothy Carter said he was looking forward to the prestigious competititon.
"It is a very big deal and the school doesn't take it lightly," he said.
"The teams we have going are highly competitive."
Carter said the teams were fundraising to cover the cost of travel and accommodation.
He said players were selling raffle tickets and had run barbecues at Safeway and Bunnings.
"We're going really well with the fundraising at the moment," he said.
"We had a really good weekend running the canteen at the Horsham Volleyball Tournament and we sold a whole bunch of raffle tickets to people from the visiting teams."
Carter said competing at the event would be a good learning experience for the players.
"The guys in the open team normally play under-17s, but I believe they are capable of playing up in open teams," he said.
"They're going to get the chance to play at a higher level of competition in the tournament."
Carter said it was the 11th year Horsham College had participated in cup.
