Seventy-five mo bros and mo sistas from Dimboola and district took on the challenge to change the face of men's health.
Team captain Colin Campbell said numbers were down from last year, but the message was still getting across.
"Good things always come of it, there are always positives," he said.
"Men are getting more check-ups and giving up smoking. It makes it easier for people to talk about things."
Awards will be presented for best mo, most money raised and try-hard mo.
The last fundraiser for Dimboola's Movember campaign is on Sunday.
The day will start with a fun run. Registrations open at the Dimboola rowing sheds at 10.30am, with the run at 11am.
Guest speakers will include Movember ambassador Kieran Ryan and Beyond Blue ambassador John Sudholz.
There will also be a memorabilia auction, a raffle and entertainment by Kaniva Divas.
Dimboola mo bro Justin Chilver has excelled with his mo growing and his fundraising.
He has raised more than $800 so far to improve the lives of men affected by prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues.
"My goal was $500, but now it is $1000," he said.
Mr Campbell encouraged encouraged people to attend Sunday's fundraiser and to donate via collection boxes at Harris Mensland, Bendigo Bank Dimboola and the Dimboola Newsagency.
- THE Wimmera's Movember project will culminate with a gala party at Stawell's Lillies and Lattes on Saturday night.
The project, spearheaded by Stawell's Kieran Ryan, has raised more than $11,000 so far.
The gala starts at 6pm and will include live music, drink specials, giveaways and prizes for the best dressed.
Attendees are encouraged to dress-up.
The theme is famous mos throughout history.
