A Cranbourne man on his way to work has had his licence suspended after returning a high blood alcohol reading.

Pakenham police set up a breath test site on Cardinia Road, Pakenham, as part of a TAC-funded operation, and intercepted a red Mitsubishi sedan about 6.30am.
The driver, 43, returned a positive breath test. He was then taken to the Pakenham police station where he returned a reading of 0.086 per cent and his licence immediately suspended.
He is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving.
Victoria Police has 43 local operations and 22 State Highway Patrol operations during the Christmas season.
