Lubeck-Murtoa, Rup-Minyip and Colts have sewn up the top three positions, with Jung Tigers, Horsham Saints and Blackheath-Dimboola left to battle for fourth place and a finals berth.
Jung and Blackheath-Dimboola will square off at Dimboola Road oval in the key match of the round.
Jung has 30 points and an outright win will assure it a finals spot, while a six-point win will almost ensure fourth place.
Horsham Saints, who will play Colts at Dudley Cornell Park, have 27 points and need to win if they want to make the finals.
An outright win for the Saints would put them in the finals, barring an outright win from Jung.
If Jung loses and the Saints have a six-point win, the Saints will take fourth place.
Blackheath-Dimboola can still make the finals despite entering the final found in last place. It will, however, need a lot of luck.
The Bulls have 21 points and need an outright win against Jung. They then need the Saints to lose, to qualify for the finals.
There is also a possibility percentages will play a part in determining the final.
If Jung and Blackheath-Dimboola tie or draw the game, and the Saints win, both teams will have 33 points and the tie will be broken by their percentages.
In the final game of the round, Rup-Minyip will host Lubeck-Murtoa at Rupanyup.
An outright win for Rup-Minyip will see it steal first place from Lubeck-Murtoa.
Rup-Minyip could lose second place if it loses and Colts have an outright win over Horsham Saints.
Lubeck-Murtoa and Rup-Minyip will face off against each other in the one-day final, to be played on March 8 at Horsham City Oval.
