Co-organiser Kelsey Hamilton said about 130 people attended the event.
"Numbers were down on last year - we had 150 last year - but we were happy with the numbers and everyone had a great time," she said.
"We were up against stiff competition this year with the Foo Fighters concert in Melbourne and we had to contend with the weather as well."
The event featured three live music acts, with Wimmera bands Blockie and Bull and Blurred Lines performing, along with Ballarat act Steve Clarke.
There was also a DJ performing during the festival.
"We were up against stiff competition this year with the Foo Fighters concert in Melbourne and we had to contend with the weather as well."
Miss Hamilton said all the bands were fantastic, but not everything ran smoothly.
"One of the bands, Blurred Lines, had to pull out first thing in the morning because the singer had lost his voice, luckily Simon Scurry was able to jump on board and fill in at the last minute," she said.
"He did a great job."
Pimpinfest raised money for the Pimpinio Football Netball Club.
Miss Hamilton said the amount raised was still being tallied but last year they raised $3000 for the club.
She said the club would look at running the festival again next year.
"We want to see it grow each year," she said.
"We had people come from all throughout the Wimmera - not just people involved in the Horsham District league.
"I spoke to one guy who came all the way from Bendigo, so it's fantastic that people are coming from everywhere."
Miss Hamilton thanked everyone who volunteered at the event.
"Lots of people put in their time and resources to make the event happen, and it is greatly appreciated," she said.
