Harmandeep Singh was was arrested on Saturday afternoon and charged with three counts of indecent assault, one count of attempted indecent assault and one count of unlawful assault over the broad daylight attacks in Notting Hill.

The alleged indecent assaults of three women occurred in the vicinity of Blackburn and Normanby roads on Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

In each instance the man began chatting with the women before asking them to take a photograph of him with his mobile phone.

Police allege he then indecently assaulted them.

Singh appeared before an out of sessions hearing on Saturday and was remanded in custody to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Sunday.
