The trio all represented Australia in the week-long event last month at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Australian under-12, under-14 and under-16 teams were selected from country Victoria players, with the sides facing competition from American teams as well as China, Brazil and Philippines.
Their mother Tracee said the girls had a great time, with all of their respective teams finishing third in the competition.
"The girls had very good tournaments with plenty of court time in some cases not coming off for the whole game," she said.
"Highlights of the tournament were meeting new friends, learning new skills and of course visiting Disney World."
Mrs McAuliffe said her daughters Mikayla, 15, Aily, 13, and Jordie, 11, also participated in a two-day training program at the Dailey International Basketball Academy.
"They were taught offensive and defensive set plays as well as ball skills, diet and nutrition, recovery and professional running skills," she said.
Mrs McAuliffe said it was a great experience for her daughters.
"The girls all agreed even though it takes a long 24-hour plane flight to get there, they would all do it again if selected again," she said.
