Horsham Demon Alex Thomson and Taylors Lake's Jack McRae both received one-match bans at their respective Wimmera and Horsham District league tribunals.
Both were found guilty of striking an opposition player and handed the suspensions.
Thomson will miss his side's round 10 clash against Nhill, while McRae will sit out this weekend's match against Kalkee.
Both chose to fight the striking charges at the tribunal, while Ararat's Gordon Laurie and Taylors Lake reserves player Mark Lane accepted one-week suspensions offered to them after last week's matches.
The sanctions will not be loaded on top of future indescretions, but will be looked upon unfavourably if the players try to have future charges downgraded.
