Hannah Braisby received the Baden Powell award after completing 19 high quality challenges.
She is one of 34 girls in the state to receive it this year.
Jess Hawker received her junior Baden Powell award after completing 12 challenges.
In addition to this, Jess also participated in eight volunteering events in the past.
Kaniva Guides unit leader Helen Hobbs said both girls completed a variety of challenges including abseiling, rock climbing and sailing.
"They extended their leadership skills by planning and running a wide variety of activities for both their patrol and unit including cutting of their hair and donating it for wigs for cancer patients," she said.
The girls will be presented with their certificates at the patrol's annual presentation night on Tuesday.
"To undertake these awards requires significant commitment and all girls are a credit to their community and should be congratulated," Mrs Hobbs said.
Junior leader Louise Hobbs will host a school holiday workshop for Wimmera girls in years four to eight on Monday.
The workshop will feature 20 experiments about the brain and how it works.
"Louise put together this program after attending the John Monash Science School as a way of encouraging more girls to get involved in science," Mrs Hobbs said.
