The club has invited players from the 1965 and 1985 Kaniva and District Football Club senior premiership teams and the 1985 Leeor Football Club senior colts premiership team to the event.
Notable returning players include Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson, who grew up in Kaniva and played in the club’s 1985 grand final.
The Cougars senior team will wear replicas of the 1985 Kaniva and District Football Club jumper on Saturday, from when the club was known as the Bulldogs.
The jumpers will be auctioned off after the game.
There will also be a special reunion lunch in the clubrooms for the past players.
Organiser Claire Feder said there would be about 80 people at the reunion.
She said the day would celebrate the club’s history and milestones.
“There should be a lot of reminiscing throughout the day,” she said.
