The family of a man killed by his second wife after he demanded she take part in group sex is pursuing a compensation claim against her.

The Supreme Court was told on Tuesday that lawyers for Moe grandmother Eileen Creamer had offered a certain amount in compensation to her late husband's family, but this had been rejected.
David Creamer's first wife, Lynn, and the couple's two sons had asked for more money but this had been rejected.
Justice Christopher Beale told Eileen Creamer, who appeared via videolink from the maximum security Dame Phyllis Frost Centre women's prison, that the case would be adjourned to next Monday when a hearing date for the compensation claim would be set.
Ms Creamer, 57, killed her husband of 11 years in February 2008 after stabbing him with a kitchen knife and repeatedly bashing him with a South African tribal club.
She became the first woman convicted by a jury of defensive homicide since the charge was introduced in Victoria in 2005, and was sentenced in 2011 to 11 years' jail with a non-parole period of seven years.
David and Eileen Creamer had married in South Africa in 1997 before later moving to New Zealand and then to Australia in 2006.
During her trial, Ms Creamer's defence lawyer told the jury that Mr Creamer, 53, had a string of lovers, attended sex clubs and constantly harassed his wife to have sex with strangers and allow him to watch.
Mr Creamer posted revealing photos of his wife on the internet in order to lure men into having sex with her.
He contacted one website to find out if he and his wife could attend parties that promised wild sex "in an open play room".
There was one occasion when Ms Creamer had sex with another man in a car and after it was over, her husband had shaken hands with the man.
One of Mr Creamer's former lovers told the jury how she received a package from Eileen Creamer at her workplace containing a taunting note and a used condom.
The note read: "Just to tell you how good it was with David. He could not get enough. You not good enough woman for him ha, ha, ha."
Ms Creamer also sent the woman abusive emails including one which read in part: "David is my husband and you are a slut sleeping with him ... Who are trying to destroy my family." (sic).
Mr Creamer was killed after he accused his wife of having sex with his brother and the couple argued and she stabbed him with a kitchen knife and attacked him with a knobkierie, a South African club.
