Anniversary committee chairman Ron Pipkorn said the current building replaced a smaller building in 1925 when the Lutheran community expanded.
He said Jeparit had always had a large Lutheran community.
“In the 1960s it would have been the biggest outside Horsham,” he said.
Mr Pipkorn said the service will start at 2pm at St John’s Lutheran Church.
He said everyone was welcome to attend.
Mr Pipkorn said the committee would also present a slideshow of past and present pastors and plant a tree on church grounds to mark the anniversary milestone.
