Arson case adjourned in Horsham court
GREAT Western man Andrew Briggs will appear in Horsham Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday after a series of arson attacks.

Briggs has been charged with offences relating to 23 fires.
A court spokeswoman said matters were heard on Tuesday, but Briggs experienced medical issues and the case was adjourned until Wednesday.
Ararat Crime Investigation Unit arrested Briggs in December last year after a two-year arson investigation.
It came after fire crews responded to a blaze at Concongella.
The fire was the latest in an alleged five-year series of arson attacks in the Great Western and Concongella regions.
Briggs was arrested in Bulgana.
