The Roos will need a big game to beat the Baggies, who made it straight into the grand final two weeks ago with a win in the semi-finals.
Swifts coach Paul Boag said his side had put in a lot of hard work throughout the season and would be ready for the game on Saturday.
“They have had an exceptional year that has come from hard work, commitment and a will to improve not only as individuals, but as a group,” he said
“For that they are to be congratulated.’’
Boag said there had been a lot of support for the team throughout the year.
“Thank you to all the parents and supporters for your help and support throughout the year,” he said.
“Special thanks must go to Wes, Haley, Jane, Zac, Marto and everyone else who has helped out at training and match day.
“Your help has made it so much easier.”
