The Saints looked the better side for most of the first half, leading by three goals at the first change and building on their good early work to take a seven-goal lead in the main interval.
With the court still slippery from early rain, players were still cautious, but ball movement remained slick from end to end.
Kalkee responded in the third term, scoring seven goals to five to be within five goals at the final change.
Edenhope-Apsley looked nothing like the side that was shocked by Kalkee earlier in the finals series, and with a strong start to the final term, never looked like conceding the match.
A nine-goal to-four final term sewed up the 26-16 win.
Edenhope’s Apsley’s Laetitia Lees was named best-on-court for her work in goal-defence.
Saints goal-shooter Nashira Lees netted 19 goals in a strong performance as goal-shooter.
Kalkee’s Jordie McAuliffe was important as the Kees tried to remain in the contest, scoring 13 of her side’s 16 goals.
Despite a hiccup in the semi-final a fortnight ago, the Saints went through the season undefeated, with Saturday’s flag capping off a fine year.
