The Demons and Eagles will lock horns at the weekend in a match-up between the Wimmera Netball Association's two powerhouse clubs.
Horsham went through the season unbeaten until a shock second semi-final loss to the Eagles a fortnight ago.
The Eagles progressed straight to the decider while the Demons were made to fight hard against Minyip-Murtoa at the weekend to earn their place.
Horsham co-coach Abbie Avery said her side has had to adapt its game plan.
"Everyone picks up that we play a long and fast game, so teams have set up zones to stop that," she said.
"We have to work on that because it caught us off guard against Warrack last time."
Avery said the Demons were embarrassed by their previous performance against the Eagles but said they were confident they could return to form at the right time.
"We've made a few little changes and we're hoping to get back to the way we usually play," she said.
"We've got to have good defensive pressure. Their mid-court is key to them and we need to be aware of that."
Avery said to win another flag would be the cherry on top of a great journey for the girls, who are likely to disband in the coming year.
"We've had the same team for four years and a lot of the girls will be heading off to university next year so it'd be good to get one before they all head away," she said.
"We're a tight little bunch."
Eagles coach Jane Richardson said off the back of a week's break, the Warrack side was feeling fresh.
"We're very excited and looking forward to the weekend," she said.
"You don't get many opportunities to play in grand finals."
Richardson said after a tough match against the Demons two weeks ago, the rest had been perfect for the girls.
"We trained at the weekend and made sure we got a bit of running for our legs," she said.
"And then training has been normal this week. The week off has been good because the girls gave everything they had against Horsham.
"It's really freshened everyone up and made sure they did all the right things in terms of rehab."
Richardson said it would be ideal to bottle the recipe that allowed the Eagles to beat the Demons last time, but said she would look to the experienced campaigners on the court to lead the way.
"We've got some really experienced finals players, Sarah Spicer, Emma Koschitzke, Megan Werner and Kerry Schultz - they've all played in premierships," she said.
"The girls were relentless in their defence last time and they put the pressure on.
"We'll have to try to keep that up for four quarters. It will be tough, but the girls are fit and they have the belief."
The match will be played at Warracknabeal's Anzac Park, with Richardson saying the Eagles will be comfortable on their home court.
