Luke Paul Maybus, 28, on Monday in Melbourne Magistrates Court pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, theft and intentionally destroying property over the death of Michael Strike, whose body was found near Keilor Cemetery on May 25 last year.
Mr Strike, 38, was seen walking towards the Bandidos clubhouse in Brunswick the previous day.
Police allege Mr Maybus and John Peter Walker, 33, fatally bashed Mr Strike in the clubhouse before his body was dumped.
Mr Walker last month pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder, while Joseph Girgis last month pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder.
Mr Maybus was remanded in custody to appear before the Supreme Court on Tuesday for a directions hearing. His co-accused are already awaiting trial.
