Both teams competed at Her Majesty’s Theatre on Monday, with the juniors finishing third overall.
Junior coach Amy Rhodes said the competition was often regarded as the most prestigious in calisthenics.
The team won first in the clubs section, second in both the freearm and aesthetics sections and received a highly commended for both the march and character dance sections.
"I am so proud of the girls, everyone gave 100 per cent and I couldn't have asked for anything more," Miss Rhodes said.
"We had a few ups and downs leading up to the competition, mostly because of injuries, but the girls all worked together, did their best on the day and we came away with a great result."
Miss Rhodes said it was exciting for the girls to perform at such a state-of-the-art and historic venue.
“There is something special about going to Her Majesty’s Theatre,” she said.
“It’s the highlight of our year.”
The sub-junior team received a highly commended in the march section and an honourable mention in the revue section.
The college’s intermediate team will compete at the eisteddfod later this month.
