Badar Khodr, who is associated with the Red Devils, a Hells Angels feeder club, faces 13 charges including drug, firearms and driving offences as well as dealing in the suspected proceeds of crime .

The 35-year-old from Spotswood, who is the cousin of former high-ranking Hells Angel Mohammed Khodr, was with his girlfriend, Keti Stoj, and a friend, Recai Togay, when heavily-armed police arrested them in Murchison East, near Shepparton, on Tuesday night.

It is alleged the trio were in a stolen Holden Commodore that was driven erratically from Mooroopna to Melbourne Airport via the Hume Freeway, Western Ring Road and Tullamarine Freeway on Monday.

The car was pursued by police in a plane, and was later found abandoned in an undercover car park.

It is believed the group evaded police at the airport by using taxis and a friend to return to the Goulburn Valley region.

Mr Khodr faced Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Wednesday afternoon with a blackened left eye and grazes on his face.

Magistrate Ann Collins was told Mr Khodr had suffered serious injuries on Tuesday that had not been assessed, including having lost feeling in three fingers on his left hand.

Mr Khodr, who was supported in court by family and friends, was remanded to face court again on December 18.

Mr Togay, a 25-year-old from Mooroopna, was charged with the theft of a motor vehicle, two firearms offences and possession of ice.

He was bailed by police to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on January 22.

Ms Stoj is expected to be charged on summons with theft and drug offences.

The trio were arrested after an operation by the Echo Task force and the Special Operations Group.

It is alleged Mr Khodr had been wanted by police since last Friday.

Mr Khodr faced charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, possessing ammunition, possessing and trafficking ice, and possessing cannabis.

He is charged with three offences of dealing property suspected to be the proceeds of crime, which relate to a black Harley Davidson motorbike, a Tag Heuer Carrera watch, and assorted power tools, that were found in Spotswood on Friday, along with a traffickable quantity of the drug ice.

He faces driving charges including driving while disqualified, the theft of the $45,000 car which was allegedly dumped at the airport, driving at a dangerous speed, and recklessly engaging in conduct that placed other road users in danger of serious injury by driving at more than 180 km/h.
