Brigade captain John St Clair said it was a successful weekend.

The brigade hosted senior and junior championship events on Saturday and Sunday respectively.

Old and new members, alongside volunteers from other brigades, marched as one on Saturday night in a torchlight procession in Horsham.

Mr St Clair said in between 150 and 200 people took part in the procession in front of 200 community members who came out to watch.

“We’ve had lots of positive feedback from those who watched as well as other brigades,” he said.

He said the brigade members wanted to thank everyone in the community involved in the celebrations.
