Its Pleasant Sunday Afternoon concert on January 31 will be the first in the new Horsham Town Hall theatre.
It will raise money for the Wimmera Cancer Centre.
Music group secretary Lyall Wheaton said 475 of 500 tickets had been sold by lunchtime on Thursday.
The final 25 sold on Friday.
“It is terrific for the new town hall that the first event is a Horsham one, run by a local organisation, with proceeds going to a Wimmera charity,” Mr Wheaton said.
“There is no doubt in my mind that being the first event in the new town hall has helped us be so successful with ticket sales.
“We are really happy we've been given the opportunity to host the first event there.”
The concert will feature Brisbane teenager Kiara Rodrigues and Warrnambool singer Trevor Keilar.
Mr Wheaton said Rodrigues had been singing professionally for many years.
“She does a wide range of things. She is good at country and gospel singing, and has just released a gospel album,” he said.
“She will sing some gospel on the day.
“Trevor on the other hand was a carpenter builder all his life, then decided in his late 50s to give country music a go.
“He is a popular and accomplished singer known for his Johnny Cash tributes. He is also very good on the harmonica.”
Mr Wheaton said Wimmera musicians Leo Telefson and Bruce McKenzie would also play at the concert.
“There will be a bit of keyboard from Leo and some rock and roll,” he said.
“The concert is predominantly country, but there is something for everyone.”
The doors will open at 12.30pm, with the show running from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
The town hall officially opens on February 12.
