The pair were elected as the college leaders last year.
College principal Anne Gawith said the pair had already represented the school at Remembrance Day, Australia Day and hosting the Victorian Governor Linda Dessau during her visit last year.
“They are doing an excellent job at both external and internal functions,” she said.
“We’re very proud of them and we look forward to a great year of leadership.”
Mrs Gawith said the students were voted in as captains by their peers after nominations last year.
She said the pair run the school’s weekly assemblies.
Both Zoe and Scott are Hindmarsh Youth Shire Councillors.
Scott was also named Dimboola youth citizen of the year last month.
