The event will mark 40 years since the Firebrace Street store closed in 1976.
Organiser Carol Chequer said the reunion would be on June 11 at Olde Horsham.
The store was the first shop in Horsham and started in 1849 by George Langlands.
His son John Langland succeeded him in 1861 and following his death in 1915, his three sons, Alfred, John and Frank continued the business as a partnership known as John Langlands and Sons.
The reunion will be at 6.30pm and cost $40 for a two course meal.
Mrs Chequer said people could call her on 0438 822 470, Bruce Abernethy on 0417 317 834 or Judy Hair on 0418 595 120 for more information.
She said more than 100 people would attend.
“It will bring a lot of people to Horsham,” she said.
