Bureau of Meteorology show parts of the Wimmera recorded about 40mm of rain in 24 hours.
While they might be the official figures, we have collated the ‘unofficial’ rain totals from our readers across the region.

Bureau of Meteorology figures show Ararat recorded 39mm in the 24 hours to 9am on Monday.
Stawell recorded 36.8mm in the same period, with than 25mm of this falling within five and a half hours on Monday morning.
Horsham recorded 21.2mm in the 24 hours to 9am on Monday, while Nhill had 10.2mm.
Hopetoun recorded 16.4mm from 9am on Sunday to 8am on Monday.
More rain is tipped across the region on Monday, with the Bureau of Meteorology predicting possible storms and an 80 to 95 per cent chance of rain in most towns.
Possible showers are also likely for the next few days before a partly cloudy day on Friday.
