Beulah CWA branch members had a special treat when guest speakers, Chris and Narelle Bubb spoke about their eight years as missionaries in Papua New Guinea, CWA Victoria's country of study for 2016.

During the talk, Chris showed many slides of the country and its people, while Narelle related many incidences they experienced while living in the country.
The May meeting preceded the talk when members discussed hosting the Central Wimmera group conference in August at Beulah.
Next meeting on June 16, members will speak on "this is my life", competition, tea towels, cookery soup hot in thermos flask.

At the May meeting, the Willenabrina branch celebrated its 65th birthday, with two of its longest serving members attending, Joy Maybery and Lorna McConville; other guests included sister branch, Dimboola.
The anniversary cake was made by Elaine Quick, and candles were arranged in the figure 65, Joy Maybery fanned out the candles and Lorna McConville cut the cake.

CWA Victoria cooking committee convener Mary Grant requests feedback about increasing the quantity of Christmas cooked goodies for the Christmas Fare in December.
Does CWA Victoria provide dried fruit, butter to branches; allocate a quantity of goodies to be provided by each group; or organise a cook up session in regions or at Umina?
