Maddy Veron and Sarah Holland both delivered speeches detailing their experiences in Ararat.
Ms Vernon was a key player in the campaign to save the Ararat Outdoor Olympic Pool.
Ms Holland is a young business owner who won the 2015 Grampians Pyrenees Professional Service award.
The enterprise’s committee president Max Perovich said it was fantastic to see so many women attend the breakfast.
