Irwin competed at the state netball and hockey centre over the Queen’s birthday weekend, winning medals in the individual apparatus finals.
Irwin took first place on the floor, second on the pommel horse and first on the rings.
He also took first place on the high bar and second on the vault and parallel bars.
In the individual apparatus finals, Irwin took home silver on the floor and bronze on the rings, pommel horse and vault.
The win follows Irwin’s under-15 title in 2015, making him a back-to-back national and state title winner.
