A truck jack-knifed and rolled on the Princes Freeway in Melbourne's outer south east at about 4pm, leaving one outbound lane closed.
The accident happened near Officer South Road in Officer.
The truck has been left on its side, blocking one lane.
A heavy haulage tow truck is on the scene.

One lane on the Eastern Freeway is also closed after an earlier multi-car collision near Balwyn at about 4.30pm.
The inbound lane is closed near Doncaster Road and VicRoads has warned that traffic is heavy on approach, backing up towards Hoddle Street.
Emergency services are on the scene and clearing debris from the cars involved.
An earlier breakdown in the Domain Tunnel has been cleared CityLink has warned motorists to expect heavy traffic all the way to Toorak Rd.
