Nationals Member for Mallee Andrew Broad and Liberal Member for Wannon Dan Tehan had their victories declared early on Saturday but they still do not know if they will be in government or opposition.
Mr Broad said the Coalition would know more after Wednesday night.
About a million postal votes are yet to be counted, and in previous years the postal vote had tended to favour the Coalition.
However, many voters have abandoned Labor and the Coalition to back minor parties.
The Coalition or Labor have yet to win enough seats to form an outright majority of 76 members out of 150 in the House of Representatives.
Both sides are reportedly negotiating with the five likely independent members in an attempt to form a minority government.
