Imogen, 9, is one of 12 students to win the 2013 Chemmart Calendar School Art Project.
The competition received 1249 entries of drawings, illustrations and paintings from 67 schools across Australia.
The grade three student said she ate healthy and enjoyed playing in the schoolyard at lunchtime.
"I probably like playing on the monkey bars or flying fox the best," she said.
Horsham Chemmart Pharmacy pharmacy assistant Nicole Simpson said it was important to introduce children to healthy living.
"Obviously if children know about healthy foods and sport early on, they won't need as much medication throughout their life," she said.
"It's amazing to have a winner at Haven since it's a small community but it's a small community with a big heart."
Imogen's painting, featuring a sandwich with the slogan 'a healthy lunch is great to munch', appears in the 2013 Chemmart calendar.
The calendar is on sale from Horsham Chemmart Pharmacy.
Haven Primary School also received $1000 to spend on health and well-being programs at the school.
