Rupanyup didn’t stand a chance against a full strength Giants side in round 13 on the team’s home ground at Hopetoun.
Kain Robins booted 10 goals for the side, notching up the numbers to his own personal goal-scoring tally.
Giants coach Geoff Burdett said his forward line locked up well to record a 20.15 (135) to 2.2 (14) victory.
“Rupanyup just looked to stop the damage, which made it hard. There wasn’t a lot of attacking,” he said.
“It’s another win for us, which is the main thing at this stage of the game.”
The teams experienced great ground conditions and limited winds.
Luke Mahony was a standout for the Giants as was goal-kicking star Robins.
Tyler Lehmann was among the best in his role on the ball.
“It was good to have Tyler back at full strength. He was great around the stoppages and played a good game,” Burdett said.
