The team claimed its title after defeating Trinity College Colac by 46 points.
The win means Ballarat Clarendon College is the most successful school to have played in the competition since its 1990 beginning.
Ballarat Clarendon College kicked seven goals to cement an early lead in the opening term before running home to achieve a comfortable 16.7(103)-8.9(57) victory.
