POLICE have confirmed a driver has been killed and another hospitalised after a crash near Lubeck.
Police are investigating if one of the drivers failed to give way, after the two-car crash on Thursday.
Wimmera Country Fire Authority, police and ambulance crews attended the incident.

COUNTRY Fire Authority operations officer Ian Morley said reports of a death at the scene were unconfirmed.
Mr Morley said the authority, police and ambulance officers responded to reports of a person trapped in a car after an incident on Horsham-Lubeck Road, Lubeck, near Murtoa-Glenorchy Road.
Mr Morley said a person was trapped in a vehicle and a car was on fire.
He said the fire had now been contained.

HORSHAM emergency services are responding to a two-car crash on Horsham-Lubeck Road, Lubeck, near Murtoa-Glenorchy Road.
Sergeant Tevis Wright said police, State Emergency Service and Country Fire Authority crews and ambulance officers were on scene.
Police were called to the incident about 2.49pm on Thursday.
Sgt Wright said police could not confirm if anyone was injured.
The road has been closed and traffic diverted.
The crash is the second in a matter of hours.
One person is dead and two people are trapped after a truck and car crashed on the Wimmera Highway near Marnoo.
