Art teacher Michelle Watson said the two-day event would feature thousands of artwork.
“We have the show every two years and it is to showcase the talents of our students and the work will include different mediums such as paintings, sculptures and clay work,” she said,
Horsham Regional Art Gallery education officer Debbie Moar will officially open the show on Saturday.
Mrs Watson said the students had been working on their pieces all year.
She said the students were excited for the event.
“The younger children don’t know what is going to happen, but the older students are definitely looking forward to it,” she said.
“They are excited about people seeing their work, aside from parents and teachers.
“They like to look at each other’s work – the older students are often amazed by what the younger kids can do and vice versa.”
Mrs Watson said the show was a community event and everyone was welcome to the school.
The art show will run from 11am to 4pm on Saturday and 11am to 3pm on Sunday at the school.
