Ararat forward Flynn Jamieson lead the way with two goals.
Luke Spalding, Matthew Spalding and Seth Thomas all chimed in with a goal of their own for the Rats.
The Rats utilised the slight wind advantage in the first quarter to take a 16 point lead into quarter time.
They were never headed after that and ran away with the win.
Coach Michael Driscoll said he was pleased with the result.
We played two good quarters,” he said.
“The other two were not crash hot but we did enough to get the win.”
“The team linked up and used the ball well in the first half,” he said.
“Some of our top age kids stood up today which was good.”
Thomas came back into the side after a recent operation.
Driscoll said he was happy Thomas was able to hit the scoreboard and will be better for the run.
“It was his first game back and he will get better for his first run today,” he said.
Charlie Penny was the only goal kicker for Warrack.
The win sets up a Wimmera Football League grand final between the Ararat Rats and the Horsham Saints.
