Basketball Victoria’s High Performance Coach Country Justin Schueller said the BVC pathway has unearthed some fantastic selections for next year’s representative tournaments and programs.
“It has been a great nine days for our High Performance pathway starting off with the under-12s at Jamboree in Echuca last week,” Schueller said.
“The selection camps in Shepparton along with the Jamboree had us excited with the new level of skill, basketball IQ and ability displayed.
“Heading into my fourth year it is pleasing to see the levels that athletes are coming in, which is a real credit to the coaches in the regions who have bought into our Country Victoria philosophies.
“The outstanding number of coaches and the high level of coaching is also something we are proud and excited about.
“It puts us in a great position for this upcoming high performance year.”
