Berry reached the day’s high level of 15.1 in the beep test.
He was one of three draft prospects to do so.
Berry’s stamina going into the combine was already recognised as he had reached level 15.4 at testing earlier in the year.
Williamson triumphed in the agility test with a time of 8.15 seconds.
He and Berry were both previewed among the top contenders for the test.
The pair also performed well on Friday.
Berry was equal fourth in the clean hands test scoring, 28 out of a possible 30, and third in the kicking test, 25 out of 30.
Williamson was equal seventh in the kicking test with a score of 24.
