Horsham school students are stretching up for today's Schoolaerobics Victorian Spring Challenge in Geelong.
Three teams from St Brigid's College and one from Holy Trinity Lutheran School have entered the competition.
Holy Trinity's Energetix team has worked hard the past few months preparing for the competition with coaches Claire Petrass, Samantha Engert and Amanda Wik.
"The girls have done an awesome job with the short time they have had to prepare," Wik said.
"The girls are enthusiastic and have worked hard."
Holy Trinity has had great success in the past with teams going to national and state level.
The team came third in last year's event.
St Brigids College, in its third challenge, will be represented by teams Enerjets, Energetic Stars and Energisers.
Earlier this year, all three teams reached Nationals in Sydney with the Energisers winning the silver medal.
All teams must perform a two-minute routine and include four compulsories, four jacks, four high leg kicks, four push ups and an eight count straddle sit.
