Member of the organising committee Jillian Hoskins said a number of items had been donated for the event at Natimuk on November 4 but more donations were welcome.
Proceeds from the event will go towards resources for Natimuk Primary School.
Ms Hoskins said the sale would offer something for everyone, with plenty of treasures and bargains to be found.
"This is our big fundraising event for the year," she said.
"There will be lots of stalls and interesting items for people to look at.
"Wimmera people who enjoy sales or love a fun morning out should not miss this one.
"People can make a real day of it by coming to the sale and also visiting the Natimuk Farmers Market which is on the same day and then going to Mount Arapiles and the Little Desert National Park."
Ms Hoskins said people could become involved by donating items for the primary school stall or by hosting a stall themselves.
She said vendors would sell their wares inside and outside Natimuk Soldiers Memorial Hall in Main Street, Natimuk, between 9.30am and 1.30pm.
Ms Hoskins said anyone who wanted to donate items could leave them at the school.
She said entry to the sale was via a gold coin, which included a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit.
Ms Hoskins said anyone wanting more information or to donate an item to the school stall could call Annette Smith on 0408 372 271.
