TEA, art and craft have helped Horsham’s St John’s Anglican Church raise more than $1000.
The church had a devonshire tea, art and craft exhibition on Saturday.
Church’s Shirley Kerr said the day was a fundraiser for the group. “We had all sorts of artists come along,” she said.
Works included embroidery, patchwork, quilting, wire knitting, card making and wood turning.
“We were very happy with how things went,” Mrs Kerr said.
“We knew there was lots of other things on at the weekend, so we were pleased to raise more than $1000.”
Mrs Kerr said it was the first time the group had hosted the fundraiser.
“It is something we will look to do again,” she said.
