Maryborough’s Stewart Forbes claimed the overall high gun award with a score of 150 out of a possible 155 at Callawadda Gun Club’s event on October 15.

Forbes also claimed the AA overall graded 25-target double barrel championship with a perfect 61 score.
St Arnaud’s Thomas Bertalli had a strong performance at the meeting.
He won the A Grade after only missing one target to finish with 24.
Bertalli also claimed the 25 target handicap top honour.
He finished with 32 out of 33 ahead of David Lanyon with 31 and Rhys Hirst with 30 out of 32.
Noorat’s Sarah Kirsch finished in fifth place hitting 29 out of 31 targets to go along with her B Grade overall pointscore title.
The St Arnaud Gun Club won the overall club honours on the day thanks to consistent efforts across the board including Bertalli.
St Arnaud Gun Club’s Austin Freeman also finished in second place in the 25 target graded pointscore with 73 out of 75.
