Returning councillors include Tony Schneider and Debra Nelson from East Ward while Ron Ismay and Ron Lowe will represent North Ward.
Rob Gersch and David Colbert were elected unopposed in the uncontested West Ward.
Former deputy mayor Wendy Robins, who contested the North Ward, has missed out on a seat on the new council.
Ms Robins received 17.99 per cent of the primary vote, with Cr Ismay securing 53.42 per cent and Cr Lowe 21.52 per cent.
North Ward candidate Elizabeth Chivell received 7.07 per cent of the vote.
In the East Ward Cr Schneider received 42.43 per cent of the primary vote and Cr Nelson 21.41 per cent.
Mary Clarke received 18.55 per cent of the vote and Clifford Unger 17.62 per cent.
West Wimmera Shire Council
BRUCE Meyer returns to the West Wimmera Shire Council fold after securing 21.73 per cent of the primary vote.
He will be joined by new councillors Richard Hicks (18.87 per cent), Trevor Domaschenz (14.54 per cent), Tom Houlihan (14.92 per cent) and Jodie Pretlove (11.99 per cent).
Northern Grampians Shire Council
NORTHERN Grampians Shire will welcome new councillor Rob Haswell.
Cr Haswell was the third successful candidate in the shire’s Stawell Ward behind Karen Hyslop and former mayor Murray Emerson.
Cr Hyslop received 25.39 per cent of the primary vote, Cr Emerson 21.92 per cent and Cr Haswell 22.26 per cent.
Cr Jason Hosemans was elected unopposed in the South West Ward as was Cr Kevin Erwin in Central Ward, while councillors Tony Driscoll and Merrilee Reid will represent Kara Kara Ward.
