Clinic’s Jamila Johns said clinic founder and plastic surgeon Ian Holten would speak along with Rationale Skincare founder Richard Parker.
“Mr Holten is coming to Horsham from Geelong and he will talk about moles, skin cancers and how to slow down the aging process for females and males,” she said.
“Richard Parker founded Rationale Skincare, which is a medical-grade skincare range and he will give a presentation about the products and how they compare with other products you can buy in the supermarket and chemists.
“His products are the best out there for slowing the aging process.”
Miss Johns said it was fantastic to have two leading specialists come to Horsham.
“Mr Holten comes here every six to eight weeks for appointments, but he is usually booked out for months,” he said.
“Having Richard come along is like the Pope coming to Horsham for us.
“He has just launched his skincare overseas so it’s probably the last time he’ll ever come to Horsham.”
Miss Johns said it was going to be huge event and it was open to anyone.
“We want to get everyone on board and educate them about how to protect their skin in the future,” she said.
“Coming into summer, we need to protect our skin to avoid skin cancer and there are products out there for every skin type.”
The seminar will be at the Horsham Town Hall from 6.30pm.
Miss Johns said there would be nibbles and champagne available.
“When people come along they will receive a $100 skin peel and a Rationale product valued at $100,” she said.
“So that’s a $200 gift, just for coming along.”
Miss Johns said anyone wanting to attend should call the clinic on 5382 0897 to RSVP.
“We would just like to know numbers before the event,” she said.
