Riders and their carers converged on the Riverside Recreational Reserve to take part in games and a lunch.
Douglas Ferguson said he enjoyed riding the horses.
“We had a good day today. I really enjoy it,” he said.
Douglas is from Stawell and this is his first year with the Horsham club.
“We came on the bus today. I had a good time,” Mr Ferguson said.
The club will meet again in early February after the Christmas break.
Club life member Wendy Donald said it was a great group to be a part of.
“Today we had harness outside from around 9am and then we played games with everyone,” she said.
“After lunch we gave out medallions for the year and then Santa came.
“They are all very proud of their medallions.”
