Koroit Football Netball Club president Maurice Molan said about 500 adults and 100 children took part.
“It is all about participation,” he said.
“I’ve seen lots of people coming through helping each other, supporting and working in teams together. It’s team building and about camaraderie.”
Mr Molan said the event had enormous potential.
“It’s great for businesses team building especially leading up to Christmas,” he said.
“The first two years were a bit of trial and error but we are getting our heads around running it,” he said.
