Early in December, a morning has been set aside for members to prepare Christmas packs for our senior and housebound members of Murtoa. Raffle tickets will be sold during January at the usual places – the Murtoa post office, the swimming pool on Australia Day and at Jung Markets.
Murtoa members wish everyone a happy Christmas and safe travelling.

The first CWA column published by the Wimmera Mail-Times appeared in July 1998 and its first publicity officer was Rene Vivian – a member of Horsham branch. Currently there are six branches in the Central Wimmera group, with contributions from only three and nine in West Wimmera, with seven regular contributions following their meetings. Branches this is your column, I am only the scribe. Please send in your reports after each branch meeting.
