Art teacher Mel Obst said all 35 primary students have work in the gallery, with everything from painting to sculptures on show.
“It’a real mixture honestly,” she said. “We live in such a vibrant community and wanted to compliment that.”
“There’s 3D recycled stick sculptures, canvas paintings, along with more detailed still life.”
Mrs Obst said students started work for the exhibition in third term and the opening night on December 2 was a great experience for the children.
“It’s all about the students and getting them to see how fantastic their work looks who it’s on the walls,” she said. The exhibition is on display for the first three weekends in December.
