The second-placed Lubeck-Murtoa will host the fifth-placed Horsham Saints Black at Murtoa.
With the ladder-leading Homers scheduled for a bye this round, Lubeck-Murtoa will look to remain just three points behind the side by defeating Saints Black.
The Saints side and Lubeck-Murtoa were fixtured against each other in round one but a forfeit handed Lubeck-Murtoa the points.
Jackson Delahunty has been a consistent performer for Lubeck-Murtoa with the bat and will be important again on Saturday.
The experience of captain Kingsley Dalgleish will be important for the Saints Black side.
Laharum will travel to Quantong to take on the team sitting third on the ladder.
Quantong managed a first round win against Laharum last time the teams met by chasing down 115 with four overs to spare on the back of an unbeaten Tim Brand half-century. When Blackheath-Dimboola played Horsham Saints Red earlier in the season, it registered one of its only two wins. The Saints Red side will look to turn that result around at Coughlin Park. The final fixture of the round sees Jung Tigers come up against Colts on the hard wicket at Dudley Cornell Park.
